Celtic Women Institute 

This class will introduce participants to the anicent and modern domestic landscape of various Celtic nations:  cronnachs, blackhouses, botheys, crofts, etc. and the lifestyles surrounding each.  Participants will learn about the eating habits of Celtic people, ancient and modern and how we know these things.  We will prepare and eat various foods  that come from various traditions and recipes will be provided to take home.
